What should not be uploaded
Do not upload sensitive youth information, medical records, student records, government identifiers, private addresses, or unapproved photos. Backfield is not intended to store protected education or health records.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the application, protect accounts, send transactional messages, support campaign review, respond to reports, and improve reliability. Backfield does not sell youth-athlete data.
Access and deletion
Team managers should contact support for export, correction, or deletion requests. Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Before launch
